Nikol Pashinyan to Visit Vietnam and Singapore with Anna Hakobyan
The Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, along with his wife, Anna Hakobyan, will officially visit the Socialist Republic of Vietnam from July 4-6. During the visit, Pashinyan is scheduled to meet with Vietnamese Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc. Following their discussions, the leaders of both countries will hold a press conference to summarize the outcomes of their negotiations.
In honor of Nikol Pashinyan and Anna Hakobyan, the Vietnamese Prime Minister will host an official dinner. Pashinyan will also meet with the President of the National Assembly of Vietnam, Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan. The Armenian Prime Minister will visit the memorial for heroes who sacrificed for Vietnam's independence and freedom, as well as the tomb of Ho Chi Minh, the founder of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
Additionally, the Armenian Prime Minister is expected to meet with the leadership of the Chamber of Commerce of Vietnam and local businessmen. He will visit the Armenian Embassy in Vietnam, where he will meet with members of the “Vietnam-Armenia Friendship” public organization.
From July 7-9, upon invitation from Singaporean Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong, Pashinyan will pay an official visit to the Republic of Singapore. During this visit, the Prime Minister of Armenia will hold meetings with Singapore’s top leadership, including President Halimah Yacob, Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong, and Speaker of Parliament Tan Chuan-Jin. The signing of mutual cooperation agreements is also anticipated.
Pashinyan will visit the St. Gregory the Illuminator Armenian Church in Singapore, where he will meet with representatives of the Armenian community operating in Singapore and neighboring countries. Meetings with Singaporean business circles are also planned.
