Russians who support Georgia are posting photos under the hashtag #RussiansLoveSakartvelo. According to aliq.ge, a photo of a girl holding a poster has gone viral on Facebook, turning into a campaign. The poster reads: “I am from Russia and 120 percent of my heart is occupied by Sakartvelo (Georgia).”

Facebook user Bagrat Eliavurin also wrote: “We must remind the whole world that the Russian people love Georgia, and Georgia is occupied not by Russians, but by Putin. Together we can replace the phrase ‘Russia is the occupier’ with ‘Putin is the occupier’.”
