Armen Sarkissian Sends Telegram to Vladimir Putin

The President of the Republic, Armen Sarkissian, sent a condolence telegram to the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, today, July 2, regarding the floods that occurred in the Irkutsk region, which have caused numerous casualties and destruction.
