Air Temperature Drops to 0 Degrees: Gagik Surenyans

The head of the Meteorological Center of the RA Ministry of Emergency Situations, Gagik Surenyans, wrote on his Facebook page: "Last night in Ashotzk and Tsaghkadzor, the air temperature dropped to 0 degrees. July of January 2019." As reported yesterday, Surenyans informed that the average monthly temperature in July is expected to be 1 degree below the norm across the country. We will have a relatively cool and precipitation-rich July.
