Total Solar Eclipse Tomorrow
On July 2, a total solar eclipse will be observable, primarily from the southern part of the Pacific Ocean and regions of South America. According to Space.com, this natural phenomenon will be most prominently visible from areas in Chile and Argentina.
The eclipse will first be witnessed by residents of several islands in the Pacific Ocean, where it will last approximately 2 minutes and 53 seconds. The longest duration of darkness will occur in the Galapagos Islands, where perfect obscurity will persist for 4 minutes and 32 seconds.
