The wife of the Prime Minister of Armenia, Anna Hakobyan, participated in the 'Aveluk Festival' on June 29 in the village of Vardenik, Gegharkunik province, alongside her three daughters: Mariam, Shushan, and Arpi Pashinyan.
Accompanied by Gegharkunik Governor Gnel Sanosyan, festival organizer Artush Khachatryan, and Vardenik community leader Hovhannes Hoveyan, Anna Hakobyan toured the 18 pavilions, engaging with participants and guests of the festival while taking photos.
Anna Hakobyan and her daughters also took part in the process of weaving the world's longest cucumber chain, which will be recorded in the 'Book of Records.'
The Aveluk Festival was initiated to reveal the tourism resources of Gegharkunik, develop the potential of organic agriculture, rural, event-driven, and cultural tourism in the region, and present social enterprises and their products to the public.
