VIDEO: Let Everyone Decide Who the Black-Clad Individuals Are, Says Arthur Vanetsyan

Frankly speaking, I did not specify that we know who the black-clad individuals are. I mentioned that everyone has a clear understanding of who it concerns, and I leave it to each individual’s discretion to decide who the black-clad individuals are.

This was stated today, June 26, during a conversation with journalists by the head of the National Security Service, Arthur Vanetsyan, in response to a remark that he had previously stated he was very well aware of the group of black-clad individuals.

“The Police of the Republic of Armenia continuously performs its functions and regularly covers its work through the media,” added Vanetsyan.
