“I believe you have seen that there is neither law nor legality,” said Armenia's second president Robert Kocharyan during a conversation with journalists today.

It is noteworthy that Robert Kocharyan arrived at the “Yerevan-Center” penitentiary located in the NSS.

“Oh, I have so much to say,” responded Kocharyan.

Let us remind that today the Court of Appeals decided to revoke the personal surety chosen as a measure of restraint for Kocharyan and to apply imprisonment instead.
