VIDEO: City Hall Employee Waters Green Area Despite Nearby Fire

Today, our listener Gevorg sent us a video showing a fire that broke out on Isakov Avenue and… a city hall employee from the Environmental Protection Department who is watering the green grass right next to it.

It is worth noting that, as the author of the video told us, some police officers urged the employee watering the green grass several times over the loudspeaker to "direct the water onto the fire," but the employee continued with his work, seemingly lost in thought.
