No Discussion Has Been Held Regarding Hrayr Tovmasyan, Makunts Says

There has been no discussion within the 'My Step' faction in the National Assembly regarding Hrayr Tovmasyan, Lilit Makunts, the head of the faction, said in a conversation with reporters today, responding to the question of whether there is a need to demand his resignation.

“However, we were aware of the situation in the Constitutional Court that Vahe Grigoryan described,” she said.

In response to a journalist's question about the whereabouts of several individuals who have illegally enriched themselves and are currently absent from Armenia, Lilit Makunts stated that she cannot provide that information and does not have access to such data.

Regarding the topic of vetting, the faction leader noted that they are actively engaged in the mentioned process. “I think there will be a publication on this topic by the end of the month, detailing what the roadmap looks like and how we envision the implementation of vetting. I confirm that, most likely, the body conducting the vetting will be the Supreme Judicial Council,” Makunts noted, while also adding that the 'Enlightened Armenia' faction has submitted their observations on the conduction of vetting, which will be discussed in the future.
