“On June 21, 2019, at 10:00 AM, a procedural meeting of the Constitutional Court took place where the following procedural decisions were made regarding the specified cases:

1. Based on Robert Kocharyan's application regarding the compliance of Article 135, Part 2, and Article 35 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia with the Constitution, the case has been accepted for consideration, and the court hearing has been set for August 29, 2019, at 10:00 AM.

2. Based on Robert Kocharyan's applications regarding the compliance of Article 300.1 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia with the Constitution, the cases have been accepted for consideration, consolidated, and the court hearing for the consolidated case has been scheduled for August 29, 2019, at 10:00 AM.

3. The examination of the case based on Robert Kocharyan's application regarding the compliance of Article 300 (in its previous version) of the Criminal Code with the Constitution has been rejected.

4. The examination of the case based on Yuri Khachaturov's application regarding the compliance of Article 300.1 and Article 300 (in its previous version) of the Criminal Code with the Constitution has been rejected.”
