Ambulance Vehicle Overturned in Armavir Region: Four Injured
On June 21, an accident occurred in the Armavir region. At around 3:00 PM, 66-year-old Rafik Hovhannisyan lost control of his 'Jinbei' vehicle, license plate 586 AN 61, on the 3rd km of the rural section of the Pshatavan-Janfid highway, resulting in the vehicle overturning under unknown circumstances.
According to photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan, as a result of the accident, driver R. Hovhannisyan, along with passengers from the Armavir region, 17-year-old V. H., 17-year-old L. N., and 57-year-old Gevorg Mnatsakanyan, were transported to the Armavir Medical Center for medical assistance.
Officers from the 1st platoon of the 2nd battalion of the Road Police arrived at the scene, led by platoon commander Vahan Eviinyan and squad commander Karen Abelyan. However, it was revealed that the driver attempted to move the vehicle to another location with some individuals.
In connection with the incident, materials are being prepared by investigator G. Hovhannisyan from the same battalion. According to G. Shamshyan's information, the mentioned vehicle was registered under the Armavir ambulance station and was responding to a call.
