Vitaly Balasanyan Dismissed from Position
The President of Artsakh, Bako Sahakyan, has signed a new decree.
According to the decree signed by Bako Sahakyan, Vitaly Balasanyan has been dismissed from the position of Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Artsakh. It is noteworthy that Vitaly Balasanyan was appointed as the Secretary of the Security Council on November 3, 2016.
