To Avoid Queues, Use the Designated Crossings: State Revenue Committee
The State Revenue Committee, taking into account the increase in agricultural exports during the summer season and the activation of the tourism season, once again urges citizens and businesses to use the Bavra and Gogavani crossing points to avoid queues and inconveniences at the Bagratashen crossing. As a result, the heavy load at the Bagratashen border point will be significantly alleviated, allowing for fast and quality service.
“In particular, the State Revenue Committee reiterates its call for individuals transporting passengers from Turkey to Armenia, due to seasonal conditions, to make use of other Armenian-Georgian border crossing points. To facilitate the throughput at the Bagratashen crossing point, buses arriving from Turkey will be escorted to a customs control area outside the customs point, where customs operations will be carried out,” the State Revenue Committee stated.
