Soldiers Awarded for Punitive Actions Following the Death of a Service Member

The spokesperson for the Ministry of Defense, Artsrun Hovhannisyan, stated on his Facebook page that Minister of Defense David Tonoyan has nominated the soldiers who carried out punitive actions following the death of serviceman Sipan Serjik Melkonyan, who was killed by enemy fire, for high awards.
