New Generation Cash Register Machines Appear in the Black Market: Journal

The newspaper 'Zhamanak' reports: 'Recently, entrepreneurs have been complaining that they cannot acquire new generation cash register machines worth 60,000 drams. The State Revenue Committee responds to these entrepreneurs that there are no cash register machines available, while the same individuals say that the black market is filled with new generation cash register machines. Various people are selling these machines 'off the books'. How these machines ended up in the black market or why entrepreneurs are unable to acquire them easily is a question that the SRC should perhaps answer.'
