‘In Abovyan We Have the Following Picture’: V. Tokmajyan Presents the Voting Process
Historian Vahram Tokmajyan wrote on his Facebook page: ‘As of this hour, we have the following picture in Abovyan. In 4 polling stations, we have recorded two authorized representatives of the same candidate simultaneously. In one polling station, the registration device did not operate; the issue has been resolved. In another polling station, 3 voters have filmed their ballots as they voted.’
