Yuri Khachaturov Denied Crossing Armenian-Georgian Border

According to News.am, Yuri Khachaturov, the former Secretary General of the CSTO and a defendant in the March 1 case, was prohibited from crossing the Armenian-Georgian border and leaving the country today, June 8.

The information was confirmed in a conversation with the media by Khachaturov's lawyer, Mihran Poghosyan.

Poghosyan noted that Khachaturov intended to travel today for personal reasons to his hometown of Tetritskaro in Georgia, but around 5 PM, he was denied exit at the border crossing without any justified reasoning.

According to him, Khachaturov was not allowed to cross the border despite the presence of a legal court ruling.
