«Vova’s Arshak» Sues Daniel Ioannisyan
Arshak Hakobyan, the former head of the security service for Vova Gasparyan, known as «Vova’s Arshak», has filed a civil lawsuit against Daniel Ioannisyan, the program coordinator of the public organization «Citizens’ Decision», reports Hetq.am.
This information has been obtained from the «Datalex» judicial information system. The reason for the lawsuit is Ioannisyan's reference to Hakobyan as a «criminal authority». Hakobyan is seeking a retraction of the slanderous statements and compensation for damages. There is no information available in Datalex regarding the amount of compensation sought.
It is noteworthy that during a press conference held at the «Media» center on May 22, Daniel Ioannisyan accused National Security Service director Artur Vanetsyan of maintaining close relationships with Arshak Hakobyan, Aram Vardanyan known as «Vstrechi Aper», and Babken Ghazaryan known as «Tokhmakhi Babo», referring to them as «criminal authorities».
According to the information available in Datalex, Babken Ghazaryan has also filed a lawsuit against Ioannisyan.
