VIDEO: Prime Minister on Whiners and Black-Clad Individuals Roaming the City

Some desperate circles have decided to promote violence and the legitimacy of violence in Armenia. This was stated by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan at today’s cabinet session.

“Even organized actions are taking place, the main message of which is that they are preparing to solve political issues through violence in Armenia. This rhetoric is becoming increasingly organized. We even have operational information that a certain segment of these circles intends to form groups of black-clad individuals who will roam the city and try to create a certain atmosphere and attract attention with their brazen behavior. I want to emphasize that under these circumstances, the law enforcement system cannot be passive, and it must respond firmly to such phenomena,” said the Prime Minister.

He added that the black-clad individuals should be identified, solutions to their attire should be found, and they should be sent on their way with bright flowers to lead a normal, civilized, and legal life.
