Statements by Pashinyan Raise Questions About Armenia-Artsakh Relations

The newspaper "Hraparak" writes: "Yesterday, certain assessments made by Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan during his press briefing raised questions once again about the relations between our two countries.

In the second half of the day, the President of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic, Bako Sahakyan, was compelled to give an interview, stating: 'Both now and in the past, the Armenian authorities kept the leadership of Artsakh informed about the issues being discussed and the latest developments. In general, I want to emphasize that the best and perhaps the only opportunity to prevent any manipulations is to restore the full format of negotiations with the direct participation of Artsakh... Our most significant achievement is our unity, and I consider any step aimed at undermining it unacceptable, whether it be in Artsakh, Armenia, or the Diaspora.'"
