Pashinyan Meets with Representatives of the Armenian Community in St. Petersburg
Within the framework of the economic conference in St. Petersburg, after meeting with President Vladimir Putin of Russia, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan is now engaging with representatives of the local Armenian community.
In his address, he stated that Armenia must be attractive and a source of pride for the diaspora. According to Pashinyan, this will enable Armenians from abroad to take steps and invest in Armenia. Moreover, the discussion is not limited to financial investments.
Pashinyan indicated that the government’s current challenge is to make Armenia a competitive country in terms of economy, security, and other aspects. Citing the economic progress in the first quarter of this year, he asserted that Armenia maintains its leading position within the EAEU region.
