New Names Will Be Included in the Leadership of the Civil Contract Party
The newspaper 'Hraparak' reports: 'On June 15, the 'Civil Contract' party will form a new leadership. A total of 65 candidates were nominated for the 21-member leadership board. This number has now decreased by about ten.
Current board member and MP Vahagn Hovakimyan informed our reporter that there are now 52 candidates.
Only Hrach Hakobyan among the legislators has withdrawn his candidacy, and there is a representative from the executive among those who have exited the race. Hovakimyan did not provide details on who that is. For about two weeks, candidates have been participating in a 'casting' process. Everyone is waiting for Prime Minister Pashinyan's speech, which will take place at the end; the order has been determined alphabetically.
New names will also be included in the future board. 'We have a few revelations that have made shocking speeches,' our source said.
Details will be in today's newspaper issue.
