Video: Citizens Block Ashtarak Highway with Trucks

Citizens have blocked the Ashtarak highway with trucks. According to calls received by AuroraNews.am, residents are opposed to the sale of the former Ministry of Defense building located on Ashtarak highway.

The State Property Management Committee informed us that the building is under the balance of the Ministry of Defense, while the Spokesperson for the Ministry of Defense, Artsrun Hovhannisyan, stated that the building is being sold but was unable to provide further information at this moment.

In a conversation with the police press service, they indicated that more details regarding the protest action will be published later.
