VIDEO: Chief, It Seems You Didn't Say It That Way. Pashinyan Joked
It turns out that there are no companies in Armenia that carry out quality construction and design work, and in competitions, poorly performing companies are winning. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated this during a government meeting.
The Minister of High-Tech Industry, Hakob Arshakyan, mentioned that they are sending a message to companies that they will no longer tolerate poor work. Pashinyan responded that companies will not understand those messages. He once again referenced the famous video “Lusamut@rnq.”
“In the end, it comes to the point where they say, ‘Chief, it seems you didn’t say it that way.’ Everything leads to this, and this is really a very serious systemic problem,” Pashinyan said, emphasizing the gravity of his remarks.
