Supreme Court Judges Appeal to the Constitutional Court
The Supreme Court has stated that in the cases of Robert Kocharian and Vachagan Ghazaryan, the Constitutional Court is undermining the boundaries of legal interpretation between the two branches of the judiciary, thereby endangering the principle of functional separation.
