VIDEO: Money Stolen from One of the Hotels on Shiraz Street

Measures are being taken in the criminal case examined by the Investigation Department for Ajapnyak and Davtashen administrative districts of the RA Investigative Committee to identify the person who allegedly committed theft in a hotel complex. This was reported by the Public Relations Department of the Investigative Committee.

The Ajapnyak Division of the RA Police received a report from a citizen stating that on February 21, 2019, around 1:00 PM, an individual committed a suspected crime and stole money from one of the hotels located on Shiraz Street in Yerevan.

A criminal case has been initiated at the Ajapnyak Division of the RA Police under part 1 of Article 178 of the RA Criminal Code, and the investigation is being conducted by the Investigation Department for Ajapnyak and Davtashen administrative districts of the Investigative Committee.

During the pre-investigation, video footage from the hotel complex's cameras was obtained and examined.

In order to ensure a comprehensive, objective, and thorough investigation of the criminal case, measures are being taken to locate the person recorded on the video.

We ask the individual in the footage to appear before the conducting authority, or anyone who recognizes him or has any information regarding his identity or whereabouts, to contact the Investigation Department for Ajapnyak and Davtashen administrative districts of the RA Investigative Committee.
