“I warmly congratulate you on taking office as the President of Ukraine.
The Armenian-Ukrainian ties, rooted in traditional friendship, have continuously developed since the establishment of diplomatic relations. At the same time, I must note that significant potential in our bilateral relations has yet to be realized.
Armenia is ready to deepen and expand Armenian-Ukrainian intergovernmental relations in all areas of mutual interest. I am hopeful that through joint efforts we can elevate our cooperation to a new qualitative level for the benefit of our peoples and countries.
Taking this opportunity, I would like to reaffirm my invitation to visit Armenia. I wish you further success in building the Ukraine of your dreams, and to the friendly people of Ukraine—peace and prosperity.”
