Turkey's Armenian parliament member Karo Palyan met with a 13-year-old Armenian boy who recently converted to Islam during a live broadcast.

On this occasion, Palyan wrote on his Twitter page, "I met with Arthur. He is doing quite well. I will always be by his side. When necessary, I will protect him from bad things."

It should be noted that a few days ago, a Turkish religious figure carried out the conversion of the underage Armenian boy live on air, without the consent of the boy's parents. The host took advantage of the child's minority status and turned it into a spectacle.
