BHK Proposes Criminalizing Promotion of Non-Traditional Sexual Orientation Among Minors
The "Zhamanak" newspaper reports that the "Prosperous Armenia" party's parliamentary faction has proposed criminalizing the promotion of non-traditional sexual orientation among minors.
The parliamentary faction aims to introduce an amendment to the Criminal Code, suggesting that a penalty of 200,000 drams or one year of imprisonment be imposed for such promotion.
However, it raises the question: who will determine what constitutes promotion versus the dissemination of information?
