The court session for Robert Kocharian, the defendant in the March 1 case, continues.

At this moment, Armenia's Prosecutor General Artur Davtyan is present in the court. There are frequent small disputes between him, Robert Kocharian, and Kocharian's lawyer Hayk Alumyann.

"I'll say what I want, you will listen sitting down," Kocharian stated addressing the Prosecutor General.

Artur Davtyan: "I call on you... I wasn't interrupting you."

Robert Kocharian: "Then what are you doing?"

Artur Davtyan: "Allow me to express myself; I wasn't interrupting you."
