How Negotiations Over Gas Prices Went: A Call from the Kremlin
The newspaper "Zhamanak" reports that a source close to the government has revealed details about the negotiations between Armenia and Russia regarding gas prices, noting that they have taken a rather intriguing course.
Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan met with representatives from "Gazprom" who explained that the issue of gas pricing is political and needs to be discussed with the Kremlin. Afterward, he traveled to the Kremlin, only to be told that the matter is economic and requires discussions with "Gazprom." Thus, the government remains unclear on who raised the gas prices.
