Bako Sahakyan and Arkadi Ghukasian in Court

The current and former presidents of Artsakh, Bako Sahakyan and Arkadi Ghukasian, are at the court of general jurisdiction of the Avan and Nor Nork administrative districts of Yerevan.

It is noteworthy that a hearing is taking place here regarding the criminal case of Armenia's second president, Robert Kocharyan.

As is known, Bako Sahakyan and Arkadi Ghukasian are required to personally present guarantees in court concerning the change of the precautionary measure of detention for Robert Kocharyan. Today, they reaffirmed their personal guarantee regarding the modification of the custodial measure selected for Robert Kocharyan.
