Arkadi Ghukasyan and Bako Sahakyan to Arrive at Court at 5 PM
The second president of Armenia, Robert Kocharyan's freedom has been guaranteed by the President of Artsakh Bako Sahakyan and former president Arkadi Ghukasyan, who are set to arrive at the Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction at 5 PM. This was stated by one of Kocharyan's attorneys, Aram Orbelyan, during the examination of the legality of Kocharyan's preventive measure.
