Issues in Online Registration System for First Graders Resolved, Ministry of Education Reports

The issues related to multiple registrations in the online registration system for first graders in state schools of Yerevan have been resolved. This was reported by Angela Kzhdyan, the spokesperson for the Ministry of Education and Science of Armenia, on her Facebook page.

Earlier, Kzhdyan indicated that the central nodes of the electronic management infrastructure were operating under heavy loads, which resulted in citizens receiving varied responses from the civil registry, including discrepancies in age, parent-child relationships, and the absence of data corresponding to submitted public service identifiers.

“As a result of this issue, multiple registrations occurred by one citizen; the system is now working to resolve such problems. Currently, all recorded issues are being addressed promptly. Attention, if your registration has been confirmed but you have not yet received an electronic mail, do not worry; your child is registered. You will receive the email within 2-3 days. For regular updates, please follow the Ministry of Education's official page,” she stated.

It is worth noting that the pilot program for online registration of first graders started on May 15 at 9:00 AM.
