Plans Related to Ararat Mirzoyan in Artsakh

The newspaper "Hraparak" reports: "We asked an Artsakh source how long Serzh Sargsyan would remain in Artsakh. Frankly speaking, I was also curious; he said, 'Well, I'm still here, probably for another 8-10 days.' He arrived in Artsakh with his wife, Rita Sargsyan.

"They always visit the graves of the fallen soldiers. After the April War, families of soldiers who died in the 1990s felt like they were pushed to the background, that they weren't remembered. Serzh has always taken care of them, whether it be education, surgeries, or social issues, usually through Rita. They have done this discreetly." Interestingly, unlike Nikol Pashinyan, who stayed in Artsakh for only 5 hours, Ararat Mirzoyan has spent the night there.

It was mentioned that much attention was given to him—Artsakh's National Assembly President Ashot Ghulyan accompanied him everywhere, showing respect. Moreover, in Artsakh, it is believed that Ararat Mirzoyan could advocate for Ghulyan in next year's presidential elections, should he wish to run.
