Who is 'Rulit' in the Ministry of Social Affairs?
The newspaper "Hraparak" writes: "There are reports that in the Ministry of Social Affairs, the personnel policy has been taken over by Zareh Sargsyan, the father of MP Hayk Sargsyan and Prime Minister Pashinyan's advisor Nairi Sargsyan.
Zareh Sargsyan has worked in this system for many years since the time of Levon Ter-Petrosyan, serving as the head of the pension department under the Ministry of Social Security in 1996, but he has not left behind pleasant memories.
Now he is placing his own people in key positions. The newly appointed head of the Social Security Service, 32-year-old Suren Ghambaryan, who has declared 7.5 million drams, 43,000 US dollars, and 20,000 euros, is a friend of Zareh's sons and had previously worked in the State Revenue Committee while Hayk Sargsyan was the deputy head of the SRC.
