Significant Information About the Adyan Brothers Has Emerged

The newspaper 'Zhamanak' reports: 'The criminal case against the head of the RA NSS, David Sanasaryan, began with the Adyan brothers, who held positions in the NSS. Initially, one of them was arrested, followed by the second, and after being interrogated, both were released, according to circulating rumors, thanks to testimonies against David Sanasaryan.

We have received quite intriguing information about the Adyan brothers. Notably, their uncle is Yura Adyan, who was considered a 'big shot' in the procurement sector during previous administrations.

Through various companies established under different names, including the 'Amarasyus' LLC registered in Artsakh, Yura Adyan has consistently participated in various procurements for different departments and institutions, ranging from kindergartens to the Ministry of Defense.

Adyan had a principle of presenting the lowest price during procurement processes to win tenders. If he was not specialized in the relevant field, he would sell the contract to another company. Through this mechanism, Adyan managed to accumulate millions over the years, also benefiting from the high patronage of the former head of the Audit Chamber, Ishkhan Zakaryan, who was officially responsible for preventing the plundering of individuals like Adyan.

Incidentally, Adyan registered his companies in Artsakh in order to avoid paying VAT. After all this, the behavior of the Adyan brothers is hardly surprising.'
