Brutal Murder in Ararat Province: Young Man Beats 30-Year-Old Woman to Death

Today, on May 9, a murder of exceptional brutality occurred in Ararat Province. At approximately 00:45, the Masis Medical Center notified the Masis police department that a woman had been brought in dead.

According to Shamshyan.com, while the forensic doctor was conducting an examination of the body, police and investigators in Ararat Province quickly identified that M. Asatryan had been killed by 26-year-old Hakob Ohanyan, a resident of the Victory neighborhood in Yerevan, who was found shortly thereafter. The police and investigators also discovered the Mitsubisihi Pajero vehicle with license plate 99 OP 996, which Ohanyan and Asatryan had used to go to a field near the village of Ayntap, where Ohanyan brutally beat Asatryan, who lost consciousness and subsequently died.
