Citizen Insults Candle Seller and Breaks Church Window

On May 7, at 12:30 PM, the police department of Armavir received a report from the candle seller at Saint Grigor Narekatsi Church in Armavir city. The report stated that on the same day, around 11:30 AM, an unknown young man entered the church, approached the candle seller's room, shouted, insulted, and verbally attacked the seller, blaming him for engaging in commerce in God's house. The assailant then struck the windows of the room with his hands, breaking them.

This information has been reported by the Police of the Republic of Armenia.

A dispatched operational group established that the individual in question was Arthur Gh., born in 1988. He was summoned to the police department where he provided a confession and was subsequently released. Materials are being prepared for further legal action.
