The Minister of Justice Artak Zeynalyan also responded during the discussion of the draft law on amendments to the law on "State Pensions," mentioning that a person who is bedridden has to appear at the bank once a year, otherwise they cannot use the Pension Card because it has not been issued.

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated that the issue should be resolved exclusively through innovative means.
