Sanitek Vehicle Collides with Electric Pole, Pole Falls on Car

On May 1, at 05:21, the 911 service received a report that a traffic accident had occurred near the «AIDA» bank on Vardanants Street in Yerevan, where a vehicle belonging to Sanitek Company had collided with an electric pole. Assistance from rescuers was required.

A firefighting and rescue crew from the Ministry of Emergency Situations was dispatched to the scene.

It was determined that while reversing near the «AIDA» bank at house number 13 on Vardanants Street, a Volvo vehicle belonging to Sanitek (driver: A.B., born in 1988) collided with an electric pole, causing the pole to completely detach and fall onto the car. Fortunately, there were no injuries reported.

Rescuers, along with employees from «Yereghluyts» LLC, managed to remove the electric pole from the vehicle.
