On April 27, officers from the Criminal Investigation Department of the police, in collaboration with Russian law enforcement agencies, transferred 47-year-old Manvel Hovhannisyan, a resident of Yerevan, from Moscow to Armenia on a flight from Moscow to Yerevan. This was reported by Shamshyan.com.

According to the source, he had been wanted by the police's Erebuni division since September 2017 on charges under Article 104, part 2, clauses 7 and 10 of the RA Criminal Code (murder by a group of individuals or an organized group, motivated by hooliganism).

According to the photojournalist's information, a citizen was brutally beaten in September 2017, and his body was discovered in the Kotayk region. The investigation in the Erebuni and Nubarashen administrative districts of Yerevan has been resumed by the Investigative Committee of Armenia.
