Citizen Calls Emergency Services, Threatens Suicide if Psychologist Does Not Arrive
On April 15, at 04:42, a call was received by the 911 service, reporting that a resident of one of the apartments at 81 A. Babajanyan Street in Yerevan was threatening to commit suicide if a psychologist did not come to his address.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, an operational group from the National Center for Crisis Management of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and an instructor from the Psychological Support Department were dispatched to the scene.
