VIDEO. Outrageous Situation in the Lower Hrazdan Canal

A video has surfaced online showing the pollution in the Lower Hrazdan Canal located in the Malatia-Sebastia community. The condition of the canal can hardly be described as anything less than deplorable, as household waste discharged into the canal and sewage from surrounding areas have contaminated the water for years, creating an unsanitary environment and emitting a foul odor.
