The Financial Assets and Income of the Secretary of the Security Council: Facts
The newspaper "Pasts" writes: "The Secretary of the Security Council, Armen Grigoryan, has submitted his annual declaration for 2018 to the Commission on Ethics of High-Ranking Officials.
In the section on loans in the declaration for the 2018 tax year, it is noted that at the beginning of the 2018 tax year, the amount of Grigoryan's loan was 1,990,000 AMD.
During the specified tax year, a total of 13,302,692 AMD in loans was provided. The loan amount at the end of the tax year amounted to 15,292,692 AMD. Grigoryan's monetary assets at the beginning of the 2018 tax year were 1,300,000 AMD, 3,449 euros, and 340 USD.
At the end of the 2018 tax year, the monetary assets amounted to 5,000,000 AMD, while the 3,449 euros remained unchanged. The 340 USD was no longer present by the end of the year.
In 2018, Grigoryan's total income amounted to 27,712,891 AMD.
Of this income, 10,829,709 AMD and 3,276,000 AMD were derived from two salaries. The loans received (credits) amounted to 13,302,692 AMD.
Income from other sources amounted to 304,490 AMD. The submitted declaration does not contain data on immovable and movable property."
