Burgos, Spain Recognizes the Armenian Genocide

The city council of Burgos, Spain has officially recognized the Armenian Genocide. According to information from the city council's Twitter page, the decision was made unanimously.

"All political factions in the city council have unanimously supported the initiative to recognize the Armenian Genocide," the announcement states.

Thus, Burgos becomes the 34th Spanish city to officially recognize the Armenian Genocide.
