Appeal Filed Against the Arrest of Spayka Director

An appeal has been filed against the arrest of David Ghazaryan, the founder and director of Spayka company. This was announced by David Ghazaryan’s attorney, Karen Sardar in a conversation with Armenpress.

“An appeal has been filed against the decision of the Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction. The appeal was submitted today,” Sardar said.

Recall that on April 8, the Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction decided to choose detention as a preventive measure against David Ghazaryan, the founder and director of Spayka LLC. On April 4, 2019, David Ghazaryan was charged under Article 205, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia (failure to pay particularly large amounts of taxes, fees, or other mandatory payments).
