Russia's Emigration Rates Have Not Decreased: 'Zhamanak'

According to the newspaper 'Zhamanak', the Institute of Social Analyses and Forecasting of Russia has published its results for 2018, indicating that the number of immigrants last year was the lowest during the post-Soviet period.

Interestingly, the number of immigrants has decreased in all directions, except for Armenia, Azerbaijan, and Turkmenistan. This suggests that despite the assurances from the Armenian authorities and official statistics, the emigration rates did not decrease last year.
