Fatalities From Road Accidents Decrease in Q1 of This Year, Says Prime Minister

In the first quarter of 2019, the number of citizens killed in road traffic accidents decreased by 17.3% compared to the same period last year.

This was reported by the Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, in a Facebook post.

“This comes at a time when the number of vehicles has significantly increased, while fines from speed cameras and surveillance cameras have decreased by around 51,000 compared to the same period last year,” he added.
